What actually changes when your hotel front desk can answer guest questions 24 hours a day?
On Monday 28 September at 1pm, our members Helen Nurse and Brett Nurse, from Capture 1, The WhatsApp Guys, are hosting a live hour for hotel leaders looking at what AI, WhatsApp and conversational technology now mean for guest communication.
This is not a product pitch and it is not a session about replacing hotel teams with robots.
They will look at:
• What AI agents can genuinely do now, and why this is very different from the chatbots many hotels tried a few years ago
• Where AI should sit alongside your front desk team, rather than instead of them
• How hotels can answer routine guest questions 24/7 without losing the human touch
• What changes on WhatsApp from 1 October 2026 and what that means for costs
• Real-world cost examples for hotels of different sizes
• How to hand a conversation over to a person when AI should stop answering
During the webinar you’ll open WhatsApp on your own phone and use a live AI hotel concierge. Ask it what time breakfast is. Ask for extra towels. Ask it something awkward. Try to break it.
You’ll see exactly what happens when the answer is known, when it needs more information, and when the conversation should move to a real person.
Who is it for?
General Managers, Hotel Managers, Operations teams, Revenue and Commercial leads, Marketing teams and anyone responsible for guest experience or customer communication within a hotel or hospitality group.
If your reception team answers the same questions every week, this session is for you.
Everyone who registers will receive the recording, our full AI Receptionist Revolution report and a commercial guide with real numbers in it.
Can’t make 1pm live? Register anyway and they’ll send you the recording afterwards.
Monday 28 September 2026, 1pm UK time
Free to attend.
