Simon Edmondson has organised networking groups for more than 20 years in the Manchester region. Colony Networking currently holds events in Manchester City Centre, Cheshire, and North Wales.
Membership ranges from individual sole traders to some of the largest SMEs within the region. Each event follows a consistent format over a two-hour period, with an agenda designed to foster relaxed yet effective networking opportunities, culminating in two scheduled one-to-one meetings during the final 30 minutes.
Since founding his first business in 1989, Simon has recognised the critical role of networking within his business strategy, attributing much of his success over the past 36 years to the relationships he has cultivated. He currently serves as the regional chair for the Federation of Small Businesses in the Northwest, the UK’s leading organisation representing small businesses.
